Welcome to SpotDeal. These Terms govern your use of our classified marketplace operated by SpotDeal Pte Ltd in Singapore.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SpotDeal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use SpotDeal as a seller. Buyers must comply with all applicable Singapore laws.
3. Listings & Conduct
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings. Prohibited, illegal, counterfeit or unsafe items are not allowed and may be removed. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.
4. Transactions
SpotDeal is a venue that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items listed.
5. Fees & Plans
Posting basic ads is free under the Free plan. Paid seller plans, boosts and banner ads are billed as described at the time of purchase.
6. Limitation of Liability
SpotDeal is provided รขโฌหas isรขโฌโข. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the platform or dealings with other users.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SpotDeal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
